1. Domestic Shipping Rates & Tiers (United States)

To keep checkout simple and transparent, we utilize a tiered flat-rate shipping system based on your total order value.

2. Order Processing & Multiple Shipments

Because we curate unique items from a select network of specialized wholesale and artisan vendors, your order may be subject to the following handling procedures:

  • Processing Window: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our warehouse partners to pick, pack, and prepare your order for carrier pickup.

  • Split Shipments: If your order contains items sourced from different fulfillment partners (such as our ritual supplies catalog vs. our automated apparel/accessory lines), your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will not incur any additional shipping charges if your order is split into multiple deliveries.

3. Tracking & Carrier Delivery

We want you to follow your package every step of the way!

  • Tracking Notification: As soon as a tracking number is generated by our carrier network (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent directly to the email address you used at checkout.

  • Delivery Information: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure before finalizing your purchase. Left Hand Products is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses or theft after a verified carrier delivery.

4. International Shipping

At this time, Left Hand Products standard domestic rates apply strictly to shipments within the United States. For any international delivery inquiries or custom bulk wholesale arrangements, please contact our support team directly.
